Information as per Italian Ministerial Decree 6 June 2005 and Article 13 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003
We wish to inform you that the personal information you provide (name, surname,
place of birth, date of birth and address) shall be processed to enable implementation
of the contract and for purposes of public safety and order in compliance with section
6 of the Decree of the Ministry of the Interior dated 6 June 2005, and shall be
deleted seven days after the football event it refers to. Providing this
information is optional. However, refusal to
do so will not allow you to continue with your
purchase.
We also inform you that your personal information
shall be processed by A.C. Milan S.p.A. with offices in Milan, Via
Turati, 3, tel. +39 0262281, fax no. +39 026598876, by Milan Entertainment
s.r.l. with offices in Milan, Via Turati, 3, tel. +39 0262281, fax no. +39
026598876 and by Best Union Company S.p.A. with offices in Bologna, Via Canova 16/20, tel. +39 0515881511, fax no.+39 0516014383, joint data controllers.
The person in charge of the processing is Mr Massimo Campioli, who has elected domicile at the offices of Milan Entertainment s.r.l.
Please contact the above-mentioned companies for information regarding the other persons in charge of processing.
The right to access personal data provided for in Article
7 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003, including the right to obtain the
update, rectification and erasure of your personal information or your right to
oppose processing of the same can be exercised with all the aforementioned parties.
Your identification information shall be processed,
in both manual and automated form, by the holders, the persons in charge of
processing and the persons assigned to carry out the sale of tickets to matches
played by A.C. Milan.
We inform you that your personal information shall
also be communicated by the holders and/or persons in charge of processing to
the parties chosen by the holders and the persons in charge of processing, or
by one of them, to implement operations aimed at collecting, recording,
organising, keeping, consulting and processing the information in order to
carry out the obligations deriving from the contract, such as seat assignment,
ticket printing, service announcements and the verification of pre-emption. If
you decide to pay by credit card, your personal information and your credit
card identification data shall be communicated to all the bodies (credit card
issuing institutions, banks, agencies and services managing electronic payment
modes) which must necessarily have knowledge of such information to complete
payment.
We inform you that your identification/personal
information (name, surname, address and telephone number), provided when registering
at www.bestticket.it and used to purchase tickets to the match on line,
shall be stored in the Best Union Company S.p.A. data base
to provide you with an efficient service for future ticket purchases.

Terms and conditions for the purchase of goods and services |
The following terms and conditions govern the relation
between Best Union Company SpA, providers of the service named BEST TICKET (hereinafter
SERVICE), and the users of this service (hereinafter USERS). By using this
service, the USER expressly agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. These
regulations shall therefore be read and approved in all their parts before completing registration.

Art. 1 - OBJECT OF THE SERVICE
The object of the SERVICE is the online sale of tickets (single or seasonal admission) on behalf
of organisers of sports, music or theatre events or other types of performances
in general. The list of events and
their characteristics may be subject to change due to causes beyond the control
of Best Union Company SpA.

Art. 2 - PAYMENT METHODS
For Internet purchases, payment can only be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Moneta). Electron or other forms of payment are not accepted.
Acceptance and validation of the “digital offers” as well as the management of transactions and payments will take place without risk on the customer's part, thus guaranteeing the efficiency and security of our service. All transmissions of sensitive data is encrypted using SSL 3.0, through the use of public and private keys and certificates issued by Certification Authority recognized by the standard.
The transaction is therefore performed only through the bank and Best Union Company SpA will have no access to the buyer’s credit card information.

Art. 3 - OBLIGATION OF THE BUYER AND OF THE CREDIT CARD OWNER
The buyer agrees to
read and accept the terms and conditions herewith contained, as a necessary
condition for purchase. These terms and conditions have been drawn up in
accordance with articles 3 and 4 of Italian Legislative Decree 185/1999 (distance
contract) and article 12 of Italian Legislative Decree 70/03 (electronic commerce).
The purchase order shall be forwarded by the Credit Card Owner and, in case this is
not possible, the buyer agrees to:
- complete the Form provided on the site;
- provide written authorisation for use of the Card by completing the printable form
(“credit card use authorisation”)
available by clicking on the “receipts and forms” link;
- fax the authorisation described in item no. 2, legibly signed, together with a copy of a valid ID of
the Card Owner to +39 051 6014383, within 48 of the transaction.
The authorisation expressed by the Owner of the
Card and the enclosed copy of the ID shall be considered express authorisation
to use the Card, and shall preclude any later disclaimer. Therefore, if no
Credit Card Owner Authorisation is received, Best Union Company SpA may
legitimately refuse delivery of the tickets, and shall only be obligated to refund
any credited amounts.
We remind you that illegal use of credit cards is subject to criminal penalties under article 12
of Italian Legislative Decree 3rd May 1991 no. 143, converted with
modifications into Law 5th July 1991 no. 197, if transactions are
made via the Internet using the credit card information of others, obtained by
unlawful means.
Effect of the Agreement and Documentation to be Kept
Best Union Company SpA agrees to acknowledge, without delay via e-mail, receipt of the User’s
order, with a summary of the general terms and conditions applicable to the
contract, essential information regarding the service, detailed information
regarding the price, method of payment, right to withdrawal, delivery charges,
additional costs and applicable fees.
The order and the Order Confirmation receipt are considered received when the parties, to
which they are addressed, are able to access them.
Therefore, the buyer shall diligently keep:
- Receipt of Purchase Order issued by Setefi, which will be printed after the completion of the transaction and will be considered as a “Withdrawal Authorisation”;
- e-mail from Best Union Company SpA, sent automatically, containing a purchase summary.
Documentation to PRESENT in case of TICKET PICK-UP AT THE WELCOME DESK (box office, etc.)
- Proof of purchase: this form can always be viewed and printed
from the “receipt” link; it contains the buyer’s details and information
regarding the purchase. The proof of purchase that Best Union Company SpA makes available in the above-mentioned
link is equivalent to a receipt and shall therefore be printed and
presented by the buyer, complete with date and signature, when picking up the
tickets.
- a copy of the Credit Card Owner’s ID with attached the Credit Card Authorisation, sent earlier via fax to
Best Union Company SpA, when purchasing with someone else’s credit card.
- copy of a valid ID of the person authorised to pick up the tickets, should he or she be a third party and neither the buyer nor the Owner
of the credit card used for payment.
It is agreed that, once the tickets have been accepted, following presentation of the
above-mentioned documentation, Best Union Company SpA shall have correctly and
exactly met its obligations, therefore the Owner of the credit card used for
the online purchase may no longer request that his or her account be credited
for the amount paid for this purpose, under penalty of compensation for damages
in favour of Best Union Company SpA, with the exception of the cases expressly
listed in article 8 of Italian Legislative Decree 185/99 (namely payment in
excess of the amount due and unlawful use of a credit card).

Art. 4 - HOW TO RECEIVE ADMISSION TICKETS
The modes for delivering admission tickets are decided by the event organiser and are
specified in the purchase form and may be chosen by the buyer when placing the order.
The mode chosen shall also be indicated in the Proof of Purchase.
The following modes are commonly used:
- Pick up at the Welcome Desk/box office: in this case the buyer shall personally
present the documentation listed in art. 3 and pick up the tickets in
accordance with the organiser’s rules and hours contained in the Proof of Purchase.
- Home delivery: in this case the courier shall deliver a sealed envelope to the
address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. The buyer may choose one
of the following options:
- Address provided in the Registration Form
- A different address provided in the Purchase Form. If this field is not completed, the above address will be used.

Art. 5 - RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF BEST UNION COMPANY SpA
BEST UNION COMPANY SpA agrees to promptly provide any information regarding substantial changes in
the event made by the organiser and, should the event be cancelled and/or
postponed, it also agrees to carefully follow all instructions provided by the
organiser including refund of the ticket price (minus processing fees and delivery
charges).
BEST UNION COMPANY SpA is in no way involved in the organisation of the single events and is
therefore not liable for event cancellation, changes of date and/or time,
changes in ticket prices, trouble or inconvenience suffered by the buyer when
the latter are linked to the organisation of the events.
BEST UNION COMPANY SpA reserves the right to suspend its service or part thereof for technical
reasons, or when making changes to improve the above-mentioned service.
BEST UNION COMPANY SpA is not liable for credit card numbers and details provided to Setefi
at the time of online purchasing.
BEST UNION COMPANY SpA is responsible for tickets up to their material delivery, including to the
Courier for transport and to the Welcome Desk –box office. For Best Union
Company SpA loss and/or delay in delivery of tickets by third parties shall be
considered accidental. However, BEST UNION COMPANY SpA is not liable for
tickets that have not been picked up at Welcome Desks or box offices or if the
User has chosen not to use the tickets (though having been received and/or
picked up). In the above-mentioned cases, no ticket refund is owed by Best
Union Company SpA.

Art. 6 - RIGHT TO WITHDRAW
Tickets purchased according to the afore mentioned modes constitute a distance contract, governed by
Italian Legislative Decree 22.5.99 no. 185 and therefore the User reserves the
right to withdraw without penalty and/or reason, as long as this right is
exercised within 10 days from the execution of the contract.
As it is a service, which Best Union Company SpA performs as of the moment the agreement is
executed, with the booking, preparation, forwarding and delivery of the
tickets, withdrawal by the User, though not excluded here, according to
article 5 paragraph 3a of Italian Legislative Decree 185/99, shall be notified
on or before the fifth work day preceding the event the User has purchased the
ticket for.
HOW TO WITHDRAW: withdrawal shall be notified in writing (click here to download form) and faxed to
+39 051 6014383 within the time and according to the method described above and
followed within 24 hours by a registered letter with receipt notice confirming
withdrawal to: Best Union Company Spa, Via Canova 16/20, 40138 Bologna, Italy.
If the User already holds the tickets, he or she is required to return them to Best Union Company
SpA – Divisione Biglietteria On Line - so they reach the Bologna Offices indicated above on or before the third work
day preceding the event. Failing this (delay in returning or unreturned
tickets) Best Union Company shall not be required to refund the tickets.
The User shall therefore have the right to a refund for the amount paid for purchase, minus
shipping costs and bank fees charged to Best Union Company SpA, only if the
withdrawal request is made within the time and according to the methods
described above and, therefore, before the event in question. Any withdrawal
and/or refund request made following the event shall be considered irrelevant.

Art. 7 - LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY
Best Union Company SpA is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the
use of its service.
Best Union Company SpA agrees to promptly provide the competent Authorities all the
information in its possession to allow the identification and prevention of any
unlawful acts committed by means of the network.
Best Union Company SpA also agrees to promote
and sell tickets valid for events that are non contrary to common morality and
to broaden access to events of great interest as much as possible.

Art. 8 - ARBITRATION CLAUSE
Any controversies regarding the interpretation and implementation of this agreement may be
submitted to an arbitrator, appointed by the Chamber of Commerce of Bologna,
who shall decide telematically using online settlement methods, as provided for
by Italian Legislative Decree 70/2003.

Art. 9 - APPLICABLE LAW
Unless otherwise stated, Italian and EU laws shall be applied.
